In 2012, after Hand-Made, we wrote a bunch of new songs and in November we decided to record a couple of them to let people know we're still playing. It took a bit because of Christmas holidays or tour duties with our other bands, but mainly beacuse we did it all by ourselves and we're damn slow. Most of the bands we know have their own rehearsal room, with microphones, PCs and Cubase and people who know how to use them. We don't. We recorded almost everything on CDs and mixed at home with Audacity, the lowest lo-fi music program ever made. We believe that in the 90's bands we grew up with knew nothing about Cubase and had zero money to spend in recording studios but still made great albums, because some years ago nobody cared about the audio quality when music came in a cassette and you can sing along to it. Time changes, of course, but we still don't care that much about how an album sounds like if there are good songs in it.
